The day begins at 0:00:00 and ends at 23:59:59.

The time 24:00:00 and second 60 only exist when a leap second has to be switched, which happens very rarely in the year.
Except for these leap seconds, they do not actually exist.

Therefore, 21.10. at 24:00:00 (midnight) is equal to 22.10. 0:00:00. (But the former does not officially exist).

So if the support team writes on 21.10. that the attack block goes until midnight, sets it so in the system and the system outputs 22.10. 0:00. Then this is exactly the same. And describes the time "between" 21.10. and 22.10.

Wenn also das Support Team am 21.10. schreibt, dass die Angriffssperre bis Mitternacht geht, dies so im System einstellt und das System 22.10. 0 Uhr ausgibt. Dann ist das exakt das gleiche. Und beschreibt die Zeit "zwischen" dem 21.10. und dem 22.10.
