Wichtige Informationen werden vorerst weiterhin im Forum nach Themen geordnet lesbar sein.
Das Ticketsystem im Spiel wird mit dem Start der neuen Universen verschlankt.
Es wird einen Freitext geben indem ihr euer Anliegen beschreiben könnt und der
Support wird schnellstmöglich darauf antworten und das Problem lösen.
Im Discord (https://discord.me/xorbit) wird ein Link implementiert um dort ein Support Ticket zu erstellen.
Wichtige Information: Es behandeln beide Systeme das selbe Support Team.
Es wird also nicht notwendig sein im Spiel und im Discord ein Ticket zu eröffnen!
Wenn Wünsche, Anregungen, allgemeine Anfragen anstehen, dann könnt ihr gerne den
Discord-Channel nutzen um einen aktiven Austausch zu suchen.

The forum has been changed to read only. For the time being,
important information will still be readable in the forum sorted by topics.
The ticket system in the game will be slimmed down with the start of the new universes.
There will be a free text where you can describe your request and the support will answer
as soon as possible and solve the problem.
Important information: Both systems will be handled by the same support team.
So it will not be necessary to create a ticket in the game and in Discord!
