1. Informations about the game:
The most important place to get information is the forum, there is virtually no information you can't find there. Just use the search function!
If you don't find it here, you can just ask. Many players and team members will reply to you in no time.
2. Different speeds and settings in the universes:
Every universe is unique. No universe has the same settings.

For the next Universe you can check, from about 1 month before the start, in the corresponding thread which you will find here: News and AnnouncementsThen express your wishes and follow current thoughts on future settings.
3. Support in place:
Everything belongs to the forum first!
Only account related or uni related issues (rule violation, registration of moon shots, ...) belong to a support ticket.
4. What should I do if I notice a bug or something doesn't work:
The very first thing you should do is take a screenshot of it so you have proof.
After that you should report the error in the forum, for person related errors a support ticket. If you have any damage or benefits from the bug, please report them via support ticket.
It's best not to delete a KB if, for example, something was wrong with a fight.
The rule here is: the more information, the better. This will make it easier for the admins to find the bug, fix it, and compensate you if necessary.
5. Talk / Chat:
You can talk about anything in the Off-Topic area, as long as it is within the rules (forum rules). [FONT=Segoe UI]ist (Forums Regeln).
Private messages can be sent in the respective universe.
Additionally there is an inofficial Discord Server (https://discord.me/xorbit), here you can chat with players and team members.

7. Planets Properties & Sizes
The farther away a planet is, the colder it is.
The colder a planet, the more deuterium it produces and the less solar power.
The largest planets can be found at coordinates 4-6
The smallest on 1-3 and 13-15
8. Are you allowed to attack admins / GOs?
Yes. However, they may then attack back without using the GO menu. See rules for GOs and SGOs.
9. Change skin

10. Points / Statistics Update
The points / statistics are updated every 3 hours.
1,000,000 raw materials equals 1 point.
1,000 in Erebos.
11. How many resources can I steal? (Loot)
Everything can be stolen that is above the filling quantity of the storage + 50% of the storage content.
That's why you can build storages on the moon.
You can only steal as much as fits into the cargo capacity of your spaceships.

13. A friend / buddy comes over and we play together
Use of the same Internet connection (IP address) must be registered in advance. So that you are not banned and everything runs correctly you have to follow the rules, see General Xorbit Rules §2
