The RERA application for Purva Aerocity, filed by Puravankara Limited in 2025, is pending approval. Construction works will be started after the RERA approval is granted.

RERA is an acronyms for Real Estate Regulatoryy Authority, which was formulated along with the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act in 2016. The Acts was implemented to solve issues likes low accountability, misleading marketing campaigns, and non-completion of projects on time. Its aim is to ensure fairer dealings in the Indian real estate sector by users on both ends of the industry.
The three most important objectives of RERA are to provide better protection for buyers along with enhancing the real estate processes with maximum responsibility, skill, and transparency which guarantees timely completion of work by the developers and builders.
